We’re looking for an inbound sales professional who can help us take our business to the next level. If you’re up to the challenge of growing our student enrolments by 27% in the next 12 months then this could be the right fit for you. We’re really serious about what we do, but at the same time, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
This role will be a good fit you if you’re keen to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on, working directly with mature age prospective students taking them through the application and enrollment experience.
Your success will be judged on your ability to increase enrollments, while juggling the normal sales challenges like follow up, callbacks and targets. Enable College is a market leader and has a long history in launching people into new careers through excellence in training. We’re on a mission to be best in the industry in Australia, and we need a strong salesperson to help us make it happen.
Ideally, you’ll have a background in business or marketing, as well as some knowledge about the VET space. If not, you’ve got an impressive demonstrated track record of success in telephone sales, we’d be keen to speak with you. We are looking for a person with a high level of personal integrity. Of course, it goes without saying that you’ll be confident and competent in selling.
