We provide a comprehensive range of nationally accredited qualifications across disability, early childhood and aged care. These courses are practical and developed in partnership with industry employers, ensuring students are equipped with the best skills and training to enter the care sector or advance their existing careers.
Kickstart your clients’ careers
Our pre-employment program, Launch Your Career, consists of a three week bootcamp to prepare new students for employment. When available, eligible students can then undertake training alongside employment in a government-subsidised program. Find out more.
Upskill for job-readiness
We offer nationally accredited skillset and short courses that topic-specific training, enabling students to upskill and work towards specific employment objectives.
Gain and renew accreditation
Enable College provides accredited and non-accredited mandatory workplace training courses, helping jobseekers prepare for employment.
Gain on-the-job experience
We actively facilitate work placements for our current students, taking care to match them with organisations who could be a good potential future employer. This support extends to those who have completed their theoretical coursework but have not yet secured a work placement opportunity.
Use customised training programs
We understand that some job seekers face unique challenges, including a lack of confidence in taking the next step. Our customised training programs encompass pre-employment programs, additional training, short courses, and specialised skillset training.
