Since our inception in 1994, we have worked closely with care providers to create programs that best prepare our students for the industry. We use consistent and meaningful conversations to stay up to date with industry needs and get feedback on our students’ job-readiness, so we can target our training to fill the skills and knowledge you require.

Enable College graduates have all required skills and meet industry benchmarks.
They are equipped with both practical skill development and on the ground training. This includes:
- 50 hours of practical skills training (Certificate III)
- 120 hours of placement in disability and aged care
- 160 hours of placement in Child Care
Host work placements
Hosting our students provides you with firsthand access to quality graduates, with 93% securing employment through their placements. We ensure each student is a great skills and cultural fit for your organization, taking care of all paperwork and clearances for a smooth experience. Our support includes regular site visits and being available by phone to assist both you and the students.
Upskill your staff
Traditionally, there have been few career progression pathways for support workers in the care sector. To prevent churn, forward-thinking providers are realising this must change.
Upskilling through formal accreditation such as Certificate III and Certificate IV can equip students to work with higher level care requirements (such as a higher level disability), allow them to step up in their career, and provide a pathway to move into team leadership.
Enable College also offers continuing professional development to give your staff the right support in their roles. This can also be valuable for office administration staff who are dealing with support workers on a day-to-day basis.
Mandatory training and updates
We can take care of your staff’s mandatory training and updates with our short courses. We don’t just offer all mandatory courses for early childhood, aged care and disability; we can provide a customised schedule for each student that prompts you and them when it is time to update.
